- To help every player develop character, sportsmanship and respect for authority.
- To build confidence and personal value.
- To teach the players the fundamentals of sports and help them have a healthy, fun experience with each sport.
- To help every player to grow spiritually, physically, mentally and socially.
- To share the love of Jesus Christ with each participant, coach, referee and family.
